Online sales as the future of global selling
Porst Réka is not only creating great handmade things, but she is also managing an online shop called "Meska". The idea of creating an online market was coming after many discussions with her friends and family. "To have a real shop where you sell your products or to visit regularly handcraft markets costs too much time. If you have additionally family, there is not enough time to manage your business effectively. Only if the day has more than 24 hours." - explained Réka. Her idea of creating an online market was a great innovation among creative women in Hungary. The online market allows the presence of thousands of products and the common distribution and marketing does not go to big expenses. Furthermore the big benefit of Meska is, that this online market allows customers to search between various creative products without big efforts. But the sellers benefits also from Meska - especially if you do not have own website and much money to advertise your products.
All products on Meska are unique products. To avoid the mass upload of low quality pictures, Meska requires 10 Cent (EURO) per picture. "This is not a big amount of money. But at least it makes people more considered what they really upload to Meska"- told Réka. Visit Meska on http://www.meska.hu/
